I have a Diego watercolor. I bought it in 1982. It is brown tones of a bearded man with a hat titled, "The Miner". It is the topic of conversation for all who see it.

I have a Diego painting that we bought in Wiesbaden in the early 1970's. Written on the back in black marker is the title BOY WITH WATERMELON. It is in its original frame and has been displayed and treasured all these years.

My fiance visited Diego in Weisbaden in spring of 1977 and bought three paintings from him at his apartment. He was extremely nice to her. She was teaching on an American base near Stuttgart and drove to Weisbaden to buy the paintings right before we married that June. The three large paintings we have show 1) two children with fruit 2) a clown (cubism) and 3) old man done in ink and watercolor. They are displayed in our home. All are in their original frames and are signed and numbered.

I have a beatiful Voci painting named La Jalousie. It was was purchased by my mother who was an artist. She treasured the piece. I always loved the piece too. She passed it to me upon her death. I have a Diego brochure that she kept with the painting. I would be happy to send pictures of the painting. Carl

We have a Diego that we purchased in Germany in the early 1970s. The painting is in the original frame. It is of two young girls with a wonderful child like smile and expressive eyes. I find it one of the best that he ever painted.
